Commencement Ceremony Tickets

Tickets were made available to all graduates between April 20-May 7, 2021. For those interested in additional guest tickets, please see the instructions below.

The number of additional ticket requests that we received exceeds the number of tickets available for all commencement ceremonies. In fairness to all graduates, additional tickets may be claimed beginning on 5/14 at 10:00am until 5/21 at midnight, or until gone. Tickets will be available on a first come first serve basis.

Tickets still need to be reserved in pairs of two, due to social distancing measures, and graduates can only reserve up to four additional tickets.

This year, there are six in-person ceremonies all located at Delaware Stadium. You will only be able to reserve tickets for your college ceremony.

Graduates must reserve tickets for their guests. Guest tickets are free and delivered digitally via mobile tickets. Graduates do not need to reserve a ticket for themselves and will pick up their ticket, which also serves as their name reading card, at the graduate check-in location when they arrive at Delaware Stadium for their ceremony.

All graduates and guests entering the stadium will need a ticket, excluding children two years of age and under. These children must sit in the lap of the accompanying adult and not occupy an additional seat. Anyone who attempts to attend the ceremonies without a ticket will be denied entrance to the stadium.

Graduates must activate their account to reserve tickets, using their UD ID number and UD email address.
